There’s some great video material too. If you work in Human Resources there is an excellent series exploring the language of hiring and firing. Watch the videos and complete the tasks. Does it remind anyone else of Ricky Gervais character in the famous comedy series ‘The Office’?

Last but not least, try this video clip from the BBC discussing the pros and cons of Nuclear Power. What do you think? Is it dirty and old-fashioned, or is it the new, clean solution to our energy crisis. There are no prepared activities here, but the video is well presented and , despite some difficult vocabulary, it’s not too difficult to understand the general message. A great one to stimulate debate with your classmates.
